Full time Nanny needed for 4-6 weeks!

Hello, I am currently a stay at home mom doing a short gig that requires me to be away from the home for 4-6 weeks so I need someone to take care of my 16 month old daughter while I am away. The hours are 8:00-3:30/4:00pm Monday-Thursday with the possibility of extra hours on Friday if you want. The pay is 20$ an hour but if experience and recommendations warrant more, we can go higher. Pay is also weekly Venmo/cash app if you like. Job Details: My almost 1.5 year old will be getting up just before or around when you get here and she is pretty set in her routine of going on a walk and then having a breakfast that is usually something like fruit, yogurt, and scrambled eggs which you would need to make for her. After that she pretty much plays inside or outside the house (where my parents live)and guesthouse (where we live) until her nap, which is from 12:30 to 2:30/3:00. You would only be in charge of playing and caring for my daughter which includes washing her bottles/dishes that you use and putting toys and clothes away that you use. No extra housework or cleaning is required of the job and once you have picked up after what you and her have used during the day during nap time you are free to spend her nap time how you like. TV time is only allowed for diaper changes and when she is sick, but she is pretty good about entertaining herself and is good with redirection as well (haven’t entered the temper tantrum stage yet, thankfully!). My daughter has no health problems or developmental problems, and is a typical toddler for her age. JOB REQUIREMENTS: -Be able to pass a background check- if there is something in your past, be transparent and we will see if we can work with it or not. -At least some experience in childcare.
