Restaurant style exhaust fan-Loren Cook brand

Bought this but didn’t end up needing it. Needs a new belt and a few isolator bolts (can get both online for cheap, less than 30$) but the motor runs well. Been stored in a climate controlled room since I bought it, looking to get what I paid for it. 300 obo pick up in Dover, DE.
