We bring a decade of experience and insight into the build process, working closely with customers to ensure the get a unit that they are able to work with every single day. We build traditional offset and reverse flow round smokers, cabinet/rectangular smokers, cabinet smokers as well as Santa Maria open flame grills. We can also build custom enclosed grills (rectangular body & round body), outdoor firepits that double a cooking surfaces, and just about any other kind of live fire outdoor grilling setup you can envision. Each piece is custom made through a collaborative process between our lead fabricators and the customer. Lead time is usually around 8-10 weeks from receipt of deposit. Reach out for a quote today.
