Property management

Exciting opportunity to enter the property market with an industry leading property management company. We are looking for an energetic problem solver with the following skills to manage a property in the Umtata CBD: -Minimum matric with tertiary qualification being advantageous. -Results driven with a desire to add value at all times. -Self starter. Must be able to take ownership of duties and perform at the expected standard without constant supervision. -Good communication skills. Will be required to liaise with tenants, service providers, senior managers and the property owners. -Computer literate. Will be required to correspond electronically and prepare monthly, weekly, and daily reports. -Strong management skills. Will be required to drive the day to day operational requirements of the property. -Facilities and OHS act experience will be advantageous. -Own transport and valid driver’s license. -Local authority knowledge. Will be required to communicate and resolve municipal disputes and queries. -Strong administration skills. -Flexible in respect to working hours. Will be required to be on standby to attend to emergencies after hours and weekend duties. -Contactable references.
