Job Title: ArchiCad BIM Modeler We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ArchiCad BIM Modeler to join our growing team. As an ArchiCad BIM Modeler, you will be responsible for creating 3D models of buildings and structures using ArchiCad software. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to produce accurate and detailed models that meet project requirements and specifications. Responsibilities: Create 3D models of buildings and structures using ArchiCad software. Ensure that models meet project requirements and specifications. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to coordinate project details and ensure accuracy. Create and maintain accurate documentation of design changes and revisions. Assist with the creation of design drawings and specifications. Attend project meetings and provide technical support to project teams. Keep up-to-date with the latest ArchiCad software and BIM modeling techniques. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in architecture. Minimum of 4 years of experience in ArchiCad BIM modeling. Expertise in 3D modeling and Twinmotion visualization software. Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a team environment and meet project deadlines. Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and specifications.
