2 Positions available: Field Marketing Manager & Marketing Intake Coordinator (see both below) FIELD MARKETING MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION JOB SUMMARY: The Field Marketing Manager at SarahCare is a dynamic role responsible for overseeing and executing all event marketing activities. This includes securing new events to enhance brand exposure, managing the inventory of promotional materials, providing input on innovative promotional materials, and scheduling and managing entry-level street marketing team members. Additionally, the Field Marketing Manager will play a vital role in growing our company by establishing referral relationships and engaging directly with consumers in the area. This involves visiting healthcare facilities, hospital discharge planners, social workers, clinics, and eldercare facilities to generate sales for Home Care Staffing. Other outreach efforts will be conducted at times when marketing event management duties are complete. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Strategize, plan, and execute all event marketing activities to elevate brand visibility. • Secure new events and partnerships to promote the SarahCare brand. • Manage the inventory of promotional materials and make recommendations for new materials. • Schedule and oversee the entry-level street marketing team to ensure effective on-the-ground promotions. • Build referral relationships and engage with healthcare professionals and potential clients. • Conduct direct outreach to healthcare facilities, hospital discharge planners, social workers, clinics, and eldercare facilities to generate sales for Home Care Staffing. • Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer to align event marketing strategies with overall marketing goals. • Understand and adhere to established SarahCare policies and procedures. • Maintain detailed calendars and databases related to marketing programs, prospects, advertising, referrals, and home care and home shows. • Complete visit records in a timely manner, following company policies. • Perform initial evaluations of services for potential clients. • Assist in the coordination of care for client services and report changes in client condition to relevant agency employees. • Participate in quality assurance reviews and evaluations of the agency's services. MARKETING INTAKE COORDINATOR JOB DESCRIPTION JOB SUMMARY: The Marketing Intake Coordinator at SarahCare is a crucial role responsible for managing the intake process for consumers. Often serving as the first point of contact, the Marketing Intake Coordinator is tasked with maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the Home Care process, supporting resources for service provision, referral policies and procedures, and fostering relationships with consumers and managed care organizations. The role involves facilitating the intake process, assisting in caregiver application processes, and proactive management of the managed care organization authorization process. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Support multiple Field Marketing Managers’ lead generation activities, ensuring all leads are staffed properly and referrals from managed care organizations are received in the most efficient manner possible. • Answer incoming sales calls, receive all intake information for potential consumers, and enter the appropriate information into Hubspot and the Lead Management tracker. • Assist consumers with the intake process and input all pertinent information into the system. • Complete applications with potential caregivers, ensuring all vital information is documented and all necessary documents are received. • Ensure the accuracy of all applications. • Follow up with caregivers for missing credentials. • Conduct calls to Maximus to submit clients for services and follow clients through the approval/denial process. • Communicate with consumers, families, and caregivers regarding Home Care services, information, and issues. • Maintain positive relationships with external partners. • Document and report changes in consumer/caregiver status. • Prepare welcome packets and disseminate them appropriately. • Perform other duties as assigned.
