Rocky Point - Las Palomas Phase III, Antigua building

Located in Las Palomas Phase III - brand new, soon-to-be-delivered, 1 bedroom efficiency - below market price. This is the lowest priced condo in all of Las Palomas. It is in the new 3rd Phase second building called "Antigua". There was only one row of these smaller units available and they are mostly sold out. The two remaining units are for sale at $290K.
