They are top end professional 7-ply clad pans, designed to last a lifetime. All are in excellent condition. Though they are no longer made each one of these pans cost more than $100 new. They are very heavy and every bit the quality of my All-Clad pans. Most All-clad pans are only 3-ply, only their most expensive line is 7-ply Reason I am selling: A friend of mine picked these up at a for me at an estate sale knowing I like high-end pans. Unfortunately I already have a double set of All-Clad pans, though I have used them I have more pans that I will ever use.
