Maintenance Technician Location: The Residences at Fairmount Station – Boston, MA 02136 Maintenance Tech: HallKeen Management has an opening for a Part-Time (25 hours) maintenance technician position of 27 apartments at The Residences at Fairmount Station in Hyde Park. Duties include, but are not limited to, trash removal, general maintenance repairs, cleaning, painting / turning over apartments, plumbing, minor electrical, and snow removal. On-call responsibilities will be required. Individual must have experience and skills in building maintenance. Individual must possess excellent interpersonal skills in order to interact well with residents and be able to work independently. HallKeen offers paid holidays and vacations to part time employees.
