Bird swing, big

It is too long for my cage. It is brand new and hangs 19" from top to bottom. It is 8" wide and the chains are 13". I bought a few without realizing the length. I took one out of it's bag for the picture. They would be good for medium/large birds. (congo's grey's, amazons, small cockatoo's...) I took a picture with my conure just to show size. It has a dual function - a swing or take off the chains and its a balancing wheel. 15.00 (it cost more) won't reply to low offers I live close to I45-N (Little York)
