MOUNT EDGECOMBE RETIREMENT VILLAGE

The development is made up of 3 phases, Phase 1 which constitutes 110 units along with the Frail Care Center. Phase 2, 108 units and Phase 3, 45 odd. Partnered with Total Care (24/7) who will be running this KZN flagship operation. This will be a stand alone business which the residents of the Village can have access to at any time but will not be expected to contribute if they do not render any services. For example one can order from the restaurant and have a meal delivered or utilise their laundry service and this cost will be added to their levy at the end of the month. A R95 million Care center with over 100 beds will be built within phase 1.
